CF Etiquette is a professional etiquette service specializing in etiquette for all ages, from business professionals to children. Courtney holds two etiquette licenses from the prestigious Emily Post Institute in Business Etiquette and Children’s Etiquette. She regularly teaches etiquette classes for corporations, universities, not-for-profit organizations, schools, Girl Scout/Boy Scout troops, private individuals, and many other various entities.
The goal of any etiquette session for Courtney is never about learning “rules,” but rather about instilling a legacy of valuable life skills or tools and principles based upon consideration, respect and honesty. Courtney teaches that if you don’t know the manner to use, you can apply the three fundamental principles of etiquette: consideration, respect and honesty. Applying those principles to any situation or decision can help guide people, make lasting impressions and build and improve relationships.

Courtney was trained by the prestigious Emily Post Institute, which to this day remains the leading standard and thought-leader in the field of etiquette. Courtney is the only etiquette instructor in the Kansas City area who is trained by The Emily Post Institute.
The Emily Post Institute, located in Burlington, Vermont, is a family business spanning five generations of Post family members. The first edition of “Etiquette” by Emily Post was published almost 100 years ago in 1922. Now in it’s 19th edition, “Etiquette” still remains the seminal book on etiquette today.
